Introduction to NCEA internal assessment – Neil Marshall

Neil Marshall (NZQA) presented a workshop for new teachers, either New Zealand trained or overseas trained, to support them with internal assessment for NCEA. The focus was on the statistics standards. The material covered would also be useful to newly appointed Heads of Department. Neil spent time unpacking one or two standards and discovering how best to make holistic judgements.
