Using TinkerPlots to aid the understanding of uncertainty
Ruth Kaniuk (Lynfield College) was an Endeavor Royal Society Scholar in 2013. In her workshop, Ruth guided teachers through several activities suitable for NCEA Level 1, where Tinker Plots enhances the activity by allowing students to ‘see’ the probability distribution and appreciate its implications.
