Making sense of the meaningful data all around us! – Michael Walden
Michael Walden (Mount Albert Grammar School) explained that data is all around us. We would like our students to be able to make sense of it all, experiencing a range of different data sets along the way. But, could we convince them to become statisticians? Michael shared some of his more meaningful lessons and resources (from Year 10/11 Bivariate to Year 13 Time Series) that he found useful in increasing the
engagement and understanding of his students.
