Hans Rosling: The good news of the decade?
A TED talk by Hans Rosling that looks into the 8 Millenium goals and focuses on child mortality rates of the world.
This is an excellent example of how to interpret statistics using informed contextual knowledge (NZC, level 8) using time series and bivariate analysis.
Hans discusses the validity of the data, how to interpret time series appropriately, make predictions and how information can be used to be misleading.
