Analysis tools

An activity that continues on from ‘Posing summary investigative questions’ in which students follow through the Statistical investigative process over two lessons.

Students inspect their data and clean it if necessary, choose and make appropriate displays for category and measurement data. They then develop descriptive statements for their data, recognising key features of different types of measurement data, for example, body measurements.  This activity is designed for using CensusAtSchool data.
